Project Background: The building had experienced water infiltration problems since its original construction. Previous measures that had been taken by several waterproofing industry professional, but had proven to be ineffective.

Description: Loews Vanderbilt Hotel is a prestigious high-rise hotel/office building located in Nashville, Tennessee. Due to its excellent reputation, Williams Restoration was chosen to clean, caulk, and seal the exterior of the building. The company's experience in rigging difficult buildings resulted in a cost savings to the owner as well as valuable time savings. Williams Restoration also wet glazed the windows and curtain walls. This work consisted of cutting the neoprene gaskets flush with the glass and mullions, and installing a silicone sealant bead at these intersections. Williams Restoration also sealed the metal to metal intersections to prevent any water intrusion in these areas.
